Vision statement

Our Vision

Our vision is a community in which people are more aware of cardiac emergencies, understand the importance of early recognition and appropriate action, and have greater opportunities to learn lifesaving skills.

We aspire to contribute to a culture of preparedness in which cardiac health awareness is accessible, community participation is encouraged, and people feel better informed about the steps they can take when an emergency occurs.

We believe that knowledge, cooperation, and a shared commitment to community wellbeing can make an important contribution to public awareness and preparedness.

Through responsible education and community engagement, Ardara Cardiac First Responders seeks to support a future in which more people understand cardiac safety and the importance of being prepared.

What it looks like

Seven elements of our vision

01

A community that understands cardiac safety

Where more people know that a sudden collapse may be a cardiac emergency and that acting quickly matters.

02

Greater awareness of emergency preparedness

Where households, clubs and workplaces have thought about what they would do and who they would call.

03

Accessible educational information

Where reliable, plain-language information is easy to find and easy to understand.

04

Responsible community participation

Where people feel encouraged to take part in awareness and learning in ways that are safe and appropriate.

05

Constructive collaboration

Where community groups, qualified educators and other stakeholders work together on clearly agreed terms.

06

Continued learning

Where skills are refreshed and information is kept up to date with recognized guidance.

07

Respect, inclusion and wellbeing

Where everyone is welcome to learn, and every person is treated with dignity.

We view greater awareness and preparedness as worthwhile community goals. Our vision encourages continued attention to cardiac safety, responsible education, and the importance of informed action.
